i danced
a top
of him
shoes smashed
life in a dump
we bathed together
in a world where
things seemed grand
but things
were imaginary
worlds were colliding
him and i
we were otherworldly
in a sense of no parallel
just two with fingers
which couldn’t seem
to grasp
dancing in a broken world
